As founding CEO, I was responsible for the conceptualisation, design & build of a 1st-in-class exhibition platform, for the incorporation and operationalisation of the underlying non-profit organisation, for framing a strategic roadmap, offering and business plan, as well as the general, client, partnership & service provider management.
