Back in 2014, I had the pleasure to help drawing, testing & iterating towards a strong problem-solution hypothesis, starting from the shared experience hence belief, how much value one can bring by just aggregating, brokering & connecting available data, information & knowledge.

Throughout 2019, I helped shaping the Healthskouts offering and business model, building the partner ecosystem and client portfolio, and going the extra mile in offering both partners & clients a delightful experience when teaming up with us.

Specific achievements:

Lead for 3 major projects with big pharma:

  • a landscaping & deep dive project into the maturity of digital biomarkers, remote monitoring tools, and smart medication & adherence tools
    • incl. the development of a proprietary digital health solution maturity index
  • a landscaping & deep dive project into technology to help identify early signs of worsening in two disease areas characterised by a large variability in symptoms & manifestations
    • incl. the development of a tangible patient companion concept
  • a landscaping & deep dive project, ranging from solutions for solving the current awareness & identification gap for a specific disease, to empowering the client’s offering and leadership
    • incl. the development of an overall platform strategy

Business, client and internal development:

  • Strategic exercise, translating a consolidated inventory of historical projects, leads, ideas and dreams into a future value proposition
